With more than 12 years of clinical nursing experience — spanning acute care, med-surg, inpatient dialysis, infectious disease, oncology, inpatient hospice, and pediatric and neonatal home health case management — I know how to read a medical record the way a clinician does, not just the way a reviewer does. I've also served as a hospital-wide float nurse for a major health system and as a nurse auditor for a national insurance carrier, managing readmissions and chart reviews. That range across specialties is what lets me take a dense, multi-provider chart and turn it into the clear chronology and causation analysis your case needs.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Bloomfield College and bring specialized pediatric and school-health liability training as a Certified School Nurse. My legal nurse consulting skills were further sharpened supporting hundreds of veterans as a Medical Evidence Specialist on VA disability claims — work that demanded precision, objectivity, and an eye for the one detail that changes an outcome.

As founder of Emet Legal Nurse Consulting LLC, I deliver HIPAA-secure, audit-ready medical record review for medical malpractice, personal injury, workers' compensation, and school liability cases.

Off the clock, I'm a mom of five, a marathon-in-training runner, and a lifelong learner — and none of that is separate from the work. It's where the discipline, endurance, and curiosity come from.
